Normal Wire High Speed Bunching Machine and Double Twist Bunching Machine
Our high-performance bunching machine is engineered for durability, efficiency in cable & wire producing projects. Designed with advanced technology and robust materials, this bunching machine ensures high speed, smooth operation. It is suitable for stranding conductors such as bare copper wire, tinned wire, silver-plated wire, and enameled wire with seven or more strands, and core wire double twist.

1. Ethernet port is reserved for IoT access, which can display the speed, stranding details, line speed, equipment maintenance, etc.
2. PLC control+Magnetic powder clutch, perfectly ensure the constant tension from empty to full spool.
3. With bearing type polished rod traversing, traversing width and lay length is adjustable.
4. Suitable for stranding of extremely fine conductors (alloy wire, tin-plated wire, silver-plated wire, enameled wire, etc. with seven or more strands) in aerospace, medical devices, mobile phones, laptops, etc.
